How can I get an appointment at your hospital?
If you are not one of our clients and you go to a different team for your pet’s care, we ask that you let them know about wanting to access our services. Then, they can forward your pet’s information to our team and we can coordinate the next steps from there.
My veterinarian referred my pet to your team. What should I do now?
Your primary care team would have already forwarded us your pet’s medical records and any details about their case. Aside from making sure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, there isn’t anything else you need to do. Your vet would have let you know if you need to bring anything or make any preparations prior to your appointment with our team.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or change appointments. This will allow us to adjust in an efficient way so we can give your spot to other patients in need. If you are not able to give us 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee that is 50% of the cost of the consultation.
