If you are new to Delton Vet, please register HERE. This will create a file and access to your “Patient Portal” where you can request appointments.
If you have an existing file at Delton Vet but do not yet have online access to the “Patient Portal”, please contact the hospital so we can set up your online access. Please do NOT create a new file with the above link, this will affect the continuity of care for your pet by having duplicate files.
By signing up for online Patient Portal access you will have the ability to:
- Request appointments, medication and food orders.
- Print Boarding Certificates at your convenience.
- Email questions or comments directly to your pets medical team.
- Review past invoices
- Keep up to date on reminders associated with treatment plans
As part of our continued effort to provide our patients with the very best service and to accommodate all appointment requests, we have implemented a cancellation policy. When you book an appointment, the time is reserved for your exclusive use.
We must request 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or change an appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment time to another patient and will ensure that we are not financially inconvenienced.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in charging a “Missed Appointment Fee” which is 50% of the appointment missed. Your co-operation and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
