Has your primary veterinarian referred your pet to our team? We are pleased to have you! Welcome to Delton Veterinary Hospital! A new care team can be a bit overwhelming both for pets and their parents so if you have any questions about our services, please do not hesitate to call us at (780) 475-9225 and one of our client care representatives will be happy to address your inquiries.

How can I get an appointment at your hospital?
If you are not one of our clients and you go to a different team for your pet’s care, we ask that you let them know about wanting to access our services. Then, they can forward your pet’s information to our team and we can coordinate next steps from there.

My veterinarian referred my pet to your team, what should I do now?
Your primary care team would have already forwarded us your pet’s medical records and any details about their case. Aside from making sure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, there isn’t anything else you need to do. Your vet would have let you know if you need to bring anything, or make any preparations prior to your appointment with our team.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments. This will allow us to adjust in an efficient way so we can give your spot to other patients in need. If you are not able to give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged a Missed Appointment Fee that is 50% of the cost of the consultation.

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, below are some important updates to our operating policies.


This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!


  • Continue our "closed waiting room" policy to protect our clients and staff. When you arrive, please remain outside the hospital and use your cell phone to call us. We will take a history of your pet's health and discuss any concerns. A staff member will then meet you outside to bring your pet into the hospital for an examination. The Veterinarian will call you to discuss the recommended treatment plan. After your appointment, a staff member will return your pet to you outside, and take care of any needed medications and payment.
  • Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
  • Continue with curbside pickup of food and medication (unless you have used our online store and are having your order delivered directly to your home). To place an order through our online store, visit our website and click on "Online Store".

  • Sundays: CLOSED
  • Note: We are closed daily for lunch between 1:00 - 2:00 pm.
